The Annual Electors Meeting 2026
The meeting will start at 7pm on Monday 23 March 2026 and will be held in the WI Hall in Chestfield Road.
Come and hear the annual reports from your city and County Cllrs, and local societies and local organisations – together with the parish council Chairman’s Annual Report for 2023-2024 and the parish councillors’ Yearly Paragraphs.
There will also be the opportunity for residents’ questions.
All residents welcome! Light refreshments will be offered.
For anyone unable to attend the reports and paragraphs will be published in the June edition of the Chestfield magazine and Minutes will also be uploaded to the parish council’s website shortly after the meeting.
